Reviewers Guide

Please before you acceptto review a manuscript, you should ensure that:

    • The manuscript is within your area of expertise.
    • You can create time to conduct a critical review of the manuscript.
    • You are committed to a fair and objective peer-review procedure.
    • You are willing to declare your conflicts of interest and recuse yourself from the review process if a conflict exists.
    • Respect the confidentiality of the manuscript.You should not be influenced by the origin of the manuscript, religious, political or cultural viewpoint of the author, and gender, ethnicity or region of the author.
    • You will not use information obtained during the review process for your own advantage, or to disadvantage or discredit other people or organizations.
    • Your evaluation of the manuscript, will focus on the following: 

• Originality
• Contribution to the field
• Technical quality
• Clarity of presentation
• Depth of research

    • You will also observe that the author or authors have followed the instruction for authors, editorial policies, and publication ethics of the journal.
    • You will not rewrite the manuscript. However, necessary corrections should be made.
    •  Your recommendation should be either:

• Accept the manuscript in its present form
• Requires minor corrections
• Requires major revision
• Reject
Please note that recommendation must be backed with valid reasons and facts based on your review of the the content of the manuscript.
